However, there are ways to make outsource marketing more successful, such as regular communication, accessibility to company information and team integration.

It's incredibly important that you're able to incorporate your outsourced team with your in-house team, even temporarily. They'll need to have a strong understanding of how your social efforts fit into your overall marketing strategy.

At the end of the day, you aren't going to find a magic bullet. Very rarely is any business process a "set it and forget it" kind of action.
